Our Probate Services are provided through the office of Louvre Trust Corporation (UK) Limited situated in London.
We are able to deal with all family and estate matters arising after the death of a family member. Also, through the Louvre Group worldwide network, we are able to provide support and assistance in circumstances where a cross border estate has arisen or there are international inheritance matters to be considered.
Specific services include probate services – from attending the relatives and obtaining a Grant of Administration, through to gathering in the assets, debt settlement, distributing the estate and final accounts; personal tax service and advice to the beneficiaries; inheritance tax planning, Will writing and Estate planning.
